  • Median sales price: $337,000 (3.4% increase)
  • Average sales price: $365,000 (5.2% increase)
  • Total active listings: 1,274 (7.7% decrease)
  • New listings: 450 (16.5% decrease)
  • Month’s Supply: 3.3 (14.6% decrease)

  • Median sales price: $216,000 (21.5% decrease)
  • Average sales price: $248,000 (12.7% decrease)
  • Total active listings: 243 (13.2% decrease)

  • Month’s Supply: 5.8 (20.0% decrease)
