A monthly virtual connection for the members of 400 North Association of REALTORS® to hear from association leadership and other members. This meeting will be all about prospecting! 


Join us on 400 North Connect as we learn how to prospect during the 4th quarter. Below will be topics that will be discussed and answer any questions!


1. Holiday Greeting Cards with a Personal Touch

Send handwritten holiday cards or personalized emails to current and past clients, wishing them well. Include a brief update on the local market and a reminder that you're available if they have any real estate needs. This helps maintain relationships and keeps you top of mind in a warm, non-salesy way.

2. Holiday-Themed Client Appreciation Event

Host a holiday event, such as a small client appreciation party, virtual holiday gathering, or even a charity drive. It provides a great opportunity to thank past clients, engage current ones, and attract new prospects by showcasing your community involvement.

3. Year-End Market Reports

Share a detailed year-end market report via email or social media that recaps the past year and provides insights on upcoming real estate trends. Position yourself as the go-to expert for any real estate inquiries. Offering a free consultation for those looking to buy or sell in the New Year can also be a great call to action.

4. Holiday Gift Deliveries

Drop off small, branded gifts (e.g., cookies, candles, or personalized calendars) to past clients or leads. Include a business card or a note about the current market to keep them informed while showing your appreciation. This personal gesture can spark conversations and referrals.

5. Social Media Giveaways or Holiday-Themed Content

Create engaging holiday-themed content on your social media platforms. You could run a giveaway for a local business gift card, share home decoration tips for the holidays, or promote local holiday events. This keeps your audience engaged, grows your following, and positions you as a community expert.
