SPEAKERS
Patrick Bell
Patrick is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers working out of the Atlanta and Cumming (Forsyth County) offices. As a former county commissioner, Patrick has an in depth knowledge of zoning, land use, incentives, entitlements, and an invaluable inside, practical experience in how to effectively navigate "the system". He is known for creativity and tenacity as he helps his clients with general commercial and land transactions. A small business owner since he was 21 years old, Patrick's ability to help client's analyze data, whether buying, selling or leasing, comes from the nearly 35 years he has spent in business.
