• New listings: 348 (32.7% decrease)
• Month’s Supply: 1.1 (44.2% increase)

Dawson County | March 2023

• Total single family home sales: 49 (35.5% decrease)
• Median sales price: $410,000 (6.5% increase)
• Average sales price: $498,800 (4% increase)
• Total active listings: 117 (72% increase)
• New listings: 79 (1.3% increase)
• Month’s Supply: 2.4 (115% increase)

Lumpkin County | March 2023

• Total single family home sales: 37 (5.1% decrease)
• Median sales price: $374,500 (4% increase)
• Average sales price: $393,500 (1% decrease)
• Total active listings: 69 (23.2% increase)
• New listings: 46 (36.1% decrease)
• Month’s Supply: 1.8 (34% increase)
