- Total single-family home sales: 223 (2.8% increase)
- Median sales price: $589,000 (7.2% increase)
- Average sales price: $644,500 (9.4% increase)
- Total active listings: 486 (24.5% decrease)
- New listings: 259 (0.4% decrease)
- Month’s Supply: 1.83 (0.4% decrease)
Dawson County | October 2024
- Total single-family home sales: 39 (13.3% decrease)
- Median sales price: $427,500 (8.06% decrease)
- Average sales price: $531,500 (3.45% decrease)
- Total active listings: 170 (33.9% increase)
- New listings: 55 (3.51% decrease)
- Month’s Supply: 3.65 (38.9% increase)
Lumpkin County | October 2024
- Total single-family home sales: 32 (23.1% increase)
- Median sales price: $397,500 (6.8% decrease)
- Average sales price: $429,500 (11% decrease)
- Total active listings: 111 (48% increase)
- New listings: 34 (6.3% increase)
- Month’s Supply: 3.31 (41% increase)
