400 North REALTORS® Leadership Academy

The 400 North REALTORS® Leadership Academy is a professional development program designed to cultivate the next generation of REALTOR® leaders.

Whether your goal is to serve on a committee, take on a future leadership role within the Association, or strengthen your leadership skills in your business and community, the Leadership Academy provides the knowledge, tools, and connections to help you grow.

Program Highlights

Participants will:

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be a 400 North REALTORS® member in good standing
• Submit an application during the designated application period
• Be committed to actively participating in the program
