About the Awards

The 400 North REALTORS® is fortunate to have many dedicated volunteers who generously contribute their time, talent, and expertise to strengthen our Association and the communities we serve. Each year, we recognize outstanding members and Affiliate Partners through the following prestigious awards: Affiliate of the Year, Good Neighbor Award, Jim French Award, President's Award, and REALTOR® of the Year.

Award Nominations

Nominations for the awards listed below are encouraged and appreciated. Nomination forms are available on our Applications & Forms page and must be submitted online by the published deadline. The Awards Committee carefully reviews all nominations before recipients are selected.

Affiliate of the Year

The Affiliate of the Year Award recognizes an Affiliate member who has demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and support of 400 North REALTORS® through generous contributions of time, energy, and resources. This award honors an Affiliate Partner who actively participates in Association events and initiatives while helping strengthen the relationship between REALTORS® and the businesses that support our industry.

REALTOR® of the Year

The REALTOR® of the Year Award is the Association's highest honor, presented to a REALTOR® member whose contributions to the Association, the real estate profession, and the community exemplify excellence. Nominees are evaluated on their REALTOR® spirit, business accomplishments, civic involvement, and active participation at the local and state Association levels. The recipient represents the highest standards of professionalism, leadership, and service while upholding the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. 

Good Neighbor Award

The Good Neighbor Award recognizes a REALTOR® member whose commitment to community service extends beyond the real estate profession. This award honors an individual who has made a meaningful and lasting impact through volunteerism, charitable involvement, and service to local organizations, demonstrating compassion, leadership, and a dedication to improving the quality of life throughout our communities. 

President's Award

The President's Award is presented at the discretion of the Association President to recognize an individual whose exceptional dedication, leadership, and service have made a significant impact during the President's term. This special recognition honors someone who has gone above and beyond in supporting the Association, its members, and its mission through outstanding commitment and volunteer service.

Jim French Award

The Jim French Award honors a REALTOR® member who exemplifies outstanding professionalism and the true spirit of being a REALTOR®. This award recognizes an individual whose exceptional leadership, integrity, and contributions to 400 North REALTORS® have made a lasting impact on the Association, its members, and the real estate profession.
